This Form is an Investment Advisory Agreement to be entered into between a Client seeking investment management of assets and the Investment Adviser. Note that there are several optional choices contained in this Agreement, most importantly whether the Client wishes to give the Adviser discretionary authority to invest for the account, or whether the authority is non-discretionary, and all investment decisions must be communicated to and ultimately approved by the Client. Mr. Siegel has lectured extensively throughout the United States on tax, business and estate planning topics on behalf of numerous organizations, including National Law Foundation, AICPA, CCH, National Tax Institute, National Society of Accountants, and many others.  He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall and Rutgers University law schools.
