This Form is an Agreement by two parties to allow the exchange of proprietary information between them, but to prohibit the disclosure of such information to third parties. Note paragraphs 5 and 8, noting limited authorized disclosure of such information, as well as various exceptions and limitations with respect to the disclosure of this information.
