 This Will provides for the entire residuary estate of the decedent to be held in trust for the benefit of the surviving spouse. All income is to be paid to the spouse; principal in the discretion of the trustees, and the spouse is given a 5 and 5 power of withdrawal.

Upon the death of the spouse, or at the death of the testator if the spouse does not survive the testator, the property passes outright to the children, per stirpes. If a child has died and a grandchild will become an heir, the grandchild’s share is to be held in trust until the grandchild reached age 25.
